We began serving Great Lakes Bay Region clients from our Saginaw, Michigan location in 1999, growing to over 1,000 customers throughout Michigan and surrounding states today. We are dedicated to developing our existing Saginaw client base, and growing our newest office in Troy to reach our customers in south-eastern Michigan.  We serve a variety of markets including medical, financial, government, education, legal, manufacturing, and distribution, along with a diverse group of small business.

We have 80+ employees providing technical services for our customers and sales and administrative services for our staff.  Our team is composed of highly skilled hardware, network, and operating systems planners, installation specialists and support personnel. We are a dedicated group of professionals who have been formally educated and have obtained degrees and certifications in a wide array of important information technology areas. Our growth in this industry has allowed us to devote a substantial portion of our resources to on-going education, training, and certification of our staff, keeping us at the forefront of new technologies in this ever-changing market.

Quality Assurance 

We participate in an annual SOC 2 Type 1 examination and certification which exemplifies our continued commitment to create and maintain the most stringent controls needed to ensure the highest quality and security of services. Companies who complete an annual SOC 2 examination are able to demonstrate a substantially higher level of assurance and operational visibility than those companies who do not.  We are the only IT company in mid-Michigan with a SOC 2 certification. 

The SOC 2 Type 2 examination reviewed the efficiency of the company’s controls over a period of time, while the HIPAA assessment ensured that the company follows appropriate procedures for storing, processing, and handling their clients’ electronic protected health information (ePHI). In 2019, NetSource One announced the successful completion of their seventh consecutive SOC 2 Type 2 examination, together with their first HIPAA security compliance assessment.
