netone.site Content Management System
With todays active web sites, content management abilities are key to keeping your website up to date. We build all our websites into our top-of-the-line, user-friendly content management system (cms) called "netone.site". You can keep your web site up to date using a standard web browser. We even provide training and support for keeping your web site up to date yourself. Content management systems are invaluable tools in the world of Web 2.0. Not only do content management systems serve as a digital store for your website's content - including text, images, files, and submission forms - they give you the ability to access and manage complex elements of your site with ease.
Key features of our content manager:
- User friendly content managed through a standard web browser.
- Smart interface design that includes a like interface for editing your content.
- The URLs created by the content system are fully customizable by you and can be very simple.
- Search engine friendly pages. The URL of each page is search engine friendly, and description and keyword fields are available to enhance search engine accuracy.
- Our web controls used for menus, slide shows, data grids, form inputs and other features offer the highest level of ADA compliance that is available, making your web site highly accessible. These same controls also have a high level of compatibility with all the top web browsers and provide a near identical experience whether the platform is an Opera browser on a Mac or the latest version of IE on a PC. They also contain high level design elements that make your web site appealing to the most savvy site visitors while keeping them easy to use for the least savvy site visitors.
- Your web site is automatically compatible with mobile devices and smart phones. iPhone, iPod Touch, Blackberry and other smartphones show a special version of your web site that displays the text in a more readable fashion. It is the same content as on your regular pages and is updated automatically when you edit your web site.
- Built in security provides the ability to allow editors to access particular sections of a web site, while keeping them from editing areas that they are not authorized for.
- Built in navigation features including, automated menus & linking, breadcrumb trails, site map, and site search.
- Date sensitive content for news and events, displayed in special features such as scrolling news headlines, and traditional looking calendars.
- Special contact forms that hide your email addresses from spam bots on the web.
- Limit editorial abilities of sections of site to specified users. Give different members of your company different levels of access to your site, so that they can manage content appropriate for their position.
- Navigation Menus are automatically updated when content is changed and pages are added or removed.
- Templates control look and feel of site, allowing for simple global changes to design.
